Now that it's almost spring, of course, I'm finally getting around to knitting a bunch of woolens that have been on my to-do list all winter. Go figure, right? These are the latest to come off the needles ... some basic black leg warmers.
I used Joelle Hoverson's Super Easy Leg Warmers pattern from the book Last Minute Knitted Gifts. Love that book!
And they were. Super easy, that is. But it did seem like the k1p1 rib went on for miles and miles. On tiny 12" circular needles.
But now that they're done, I totally want to make a mini pair for Lo. I love taking her yarn shopping (and she loves to help) so I think I'll let her pick the color. After all, dance class will be coming before we know it. And every girl needs a pair of leg warmers.
